Chef Yessi, a Le Cordon Bleu College graduate, is a Hospitality, and culinary professional with over 20 years of experience in some of the best high-end venues, and kitchens in the nation. After traveling to the Florida Keys for work events for several year's she felt in love with the islands, and moved her family to Big Pine Key, where she has built, and trained a skilled team that is ready to create your next dream celebration anywhere in the Florida Keys.
